Need a reply?

Choose Get help, Privacy / data, or Accessibility. Add a valid email and describe what you need.

Reporting a problem?

Choose Report a problem or Security. Include what happened, what you expected, and where you saw it.

Keep it safe

Do not include passwords, payment details, recovery codes, API keys, or private secrets. Reports can stay anonymous.

Start with HarmoNight Web or Reso9+, then choose what you need help with.

Choose support target

Choose the platform or product first. The form appears when there is a clear support target.

Choose Web or Reso9+ before sending.
Choose a request type before sending. The form stays visible, but it will not submit without a complete destination.

Public access. No Harmo|Ny/(i)-ght account is required.

Support requests. Support requests need an email for replies.

Reports. Reports can be sent without contact details. Add an email only if you want follow-up.
