Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Accessibility statement for harmonight.com and public website routes.

Overview

This Accessibility Statement explains how Harmo|Ny/(i)-ght Network approaches accessibility for harmonight.com and public website routes.

Harmo|Ny/(i)-ght Network is the public website and network surface for HarmoNight Network, Romania ("Harmo|Ny/(i)-ght", "we", "us", or "our"). Product-specific accessibility notes may apply to individual apps such as Reso9+.

Accessibility contact: support@harmonight.com

Accessibility Goal

We want harmonight.com to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, larger text, reduced motion settings, high contrast settings, alternate input methods, or other accessibility tools.

The current working target for the website is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the public web surface.

Current Accessibility Practices

The website is built to support:

  • responsive layouts across mobile, tablet, desktop, and narrow viewports;
  • semantic headings and landmarks;
  • visible text labels for navigation, support, report, and legal actions;
  • keyboard-reachable links and controls;
  • skip link access to the main content;
  • reduced-motion handling for users who request it;
  • readable public legal/support pages rather than PDF-only legal access;
  • public support and report entry without requiring account login; and
  • visual QA across common mobile and desktop layouts.

Known Limits

No accessibility statement can guarantee that every page will work perfectly for every user, browser, device, assistive technology, operating system, or impairment.

Current practical limits may include:

  • highly visual brand scenes and background art;
  • selector interactions that also need visible fallback links and buttons;
  • third-party browser, app store, operating system, email, and platform flows outside our direct control;
  • PDF downloads that may not be as accessible as the HTML legal pages; and
  • product-specific app features that may have separate accessibility constraints.

The public HTML legal pages are the primary accessible reference. PDF downloads are provided for convenience.

Feedback And Reporting

If you have trouble accessing the website, contact:

support@harmonight.com

Please include, if you can:

  • the page or route where the issue happened;
  • your browser and operating system;
  • your device type;
  • the assistive technology or accessibility setting you were using, if relevant;
  • what you expected to happen; and
  • what actually happened.

Do not include sensitive medical, financial, password, token, account, location, or private information unless it is necessary for the request.

Alternate Access

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using a website feature or reviewing a legal document, contact support@harmonight.com and request help or an alternate format.

Where reasonably possible, we will try to provide information or support in a more accessible format, such as plain text, email explanation, or another reasonable method.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is part of the Harmo|Ny/(i)-ght RC workflow.

Future website changes should be checked for:

  • clear headings and page titles;
  • keyboard and focus behavior;
  • readable text sizing and contrast;
  • usable touch targets and spacing;
  • non-color-only meaning;
  • stable layout across mobile and desktop;
  • support for reduced motion where needed;
  • accessible support/report/legal flows; and
  • public legal documents that remain readable without relying only on PDF downloads.

Changes To This Statement

We may update this Statement as the website, products, accessibility work, legal requirements, or support process changes.

When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, include the updated Statement in product or website release notes.
